Suffering, Misery, and Worship

Dearest Prayer Warriors,

In 2 Samuel 15, King David is fleeing from Jerusalem because his son Absalom was closing in to overthrow him. He acts like a defeated king leaving his city weeping, barefooted, praying, and covering his head all the way up to the Mount of Olives. David confesses that he hasn’t been pleasing to God and that he might not return, David says of God: “Let Him do to me whatever seems good to Him.”  Almost like a take-me-out-of-my-misery-plea. His household is with him weeping and walking almost like an exile scene.

Then it says “David was coming to the summit, where God was worshiped...” (2 Samuel 15:32) The king goes to a place of worship in a time when he is being defeated, when suffering and misery at the hand of his son removes him from his city. How is worship generated in David then and there? This context in which David wrote Psalm 3. The king’s world is caving in but on papyrus paper the king worships. David’s praise and confidence in God shown in Psalm 3 is unshakable. By faith, inwardly he is not a man of misery and suffering though it is all around. I’ll have to ask David where exactly he was when he wrote Psalm 3, I wouldn’t be surprised if he says “the Mount of Olives.”

To varying degrees Anna suffers daily, it can be as little as her daily gasping for her breathing or a panicked cough to clear the saliva pooling in her throat. I think also of her suffering from the sores on her hands and wrists because she bits herself almost all day long. Our suffering as a parent is more inward, harping on our hearts and minds. My pastor sums up this version of suffering with the question “so how are you dealing with the disappointment?” it sounds harsh but it is accurate. Our journey can leave us like David saying “let God do whatever He sees fit to do to me.” Who wants to make our medical decisions? On our own we would be numb from them, too many too often. Nobody is wise when choosing the lesser of two evils.

Instead pray for us that we would come to a point in our walk with Jesus where we can answer that disappointment with worship. Lindsey and I have chosen to see our daughter’s suffering as a part of God’s will. For us, the suffering is present and at times loud -but let the attributes of God be on our lips! Let the qualities of Christ’s righteousness bless the Lord from within us! May the complexities of Anna and her suffering make us humble and holy! By faith we say “it is well with my soul.” Surely this is the Psalm 3 worship being applied to our context.

Today for example, we visited the physiatrist. It’s gotta be my least favorite of Anna’s specialists. This doctor evaluates the spasticity of the cerebral palsy as it relates to Anna’s physical growth, her joints, muscle tone, and motor skill ability. This doctor prescribes the muscle relaxer, braces, and the medical equipment. As we were in the room waiting, my bride looked over at me and said “are you tired, you don’t look yourself, are you ok?” I was caught preoccupied in anxiety, all I could think about is the suffering. I had harbored all these things about Anna that I expected the doctor to say. Like my guilt for not stretching Anna as much as I possibly could or how placing Anna in her stander 30 minutes more each day would have made her hip joint come in perfect. It is the Accuser, Satan that infiltrated me via anxious thinking.  Seeing the suffering is easy especially when false guilt wants to join in. I must ask the Lord to bring me to these meetings “prayed up”, may the doctor’s office be a place of worship not inner accusation. In truth, the doctor did say the bad after numerous encouragements and good things. Anna is not degenerative because my God is restorative.

Our Praiseworthy God works amid all suffering all the time in this fallen world under no obligation to intervene. Yet He chooses to and for His glory and fame. The miraculous is still at work in the suffering!  Therefore, let’s give God accolades and ascribe worth to the name of Jesus no matter the “disappointment”. In truth, our praises are actually a provision that God gives us to endure everything, even our praise to Him is a gift from Him!

Please Pray for:
-Renée to be BFF’s with Anna
-a miraculous placement of the femur bone into the hip joint
-wisdom and caution for the right dosage as we up the muscle relaxer medication, that all the efforts and work in head control and core muscles would not be compromised by over medication.
-a greater surrender to the sovereignty of God and His will for us.
-the Lord to inhabit the praises of His people amid their sufferings

*Praise and honor to our Lord for upholding Anna and answering our prayers with grace, love, and miracles over the last 5 years. Anna turns 5 years old on Saturday!

Humble thanks,

Renée Eliana Currat

Dear Prayer Warriors,

Rejoice with me family, loved ones, brothers and sisters in Christ: yesterday we welcomed our second daughter Renée Eliana Currat to our family. We are still celebrating the love God has so graciously lavished on us through this child. We have come to know that life lived out in the light of Jesus means we hide nothing and ask for the miraculous to our Loving Heavenly Father.  I didn’t know we needed a 7-pound and 20-inch gift on loan from God, but He did!

We’re discovering how God fitted and formed, molded and fashioned us to receive His grace for growing with Renée. (Even finding the keyboard shortcut for the “é” was enough for me to wiggle out some hasty impatience.) God has been reminding me that the walk of faith in Jesus is done by looking right at Him -not comparing, coveting, and looking others.

After I found out that we were expecting a third child I think I said my shortest confessional prayer ever: “God, I’m going to have to trust you more.” (Then tears.) Like any loving father, God encouraged me with His presence and His Words after. Since then, my walk with Jesus has been marked with deeper drinks of Living Water this year, bolder choices causing me to believe God for impossible things. What a gift of grace to see how He has honored my need to trust Him more with this coming child!

Anna’s traumatic birth allowed a growth of fear to creep into our hearts regarding the labor and delivery of another child. We were strong in prayer to combat this during Simon’s birth and God brought about such victory because of his health. But still our hearts were heavy and gripped with fear because Simon’s birth was incredibly difficult to endure as well. Through it all God kept Lindsey’s heart soft and hopeful allowing her to apply her faith in a miracle once again through the birth of Renée. I wish I could say was operating under a promise of faith too, but I remember speaking to Lindsey with unworked through fear regarding her labor and delivery choices.

Valentine’s Day evening we went to the hospital, I texted a few of you saying “we have gone through the valley of birthing, may God take us to the mountaintop this time.”  We praise and worship the Lord for doing just that miracle for us. Lindsey demonstrated courage in Christ as she gave birth to Renée; It makes me think of the passage in Scripture when Elizabeth said to expectant Mary: “ Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”

A Stroll Down Miracle Way

Dear Prayer Warriors,

I always feel like a million dollars when my bride strolls up to Target for my lunch break. Rather than text me “I’m up front”, she’ll go to the dairy or frozen aisles as a guest to give me the surprise of her presence and the joyful entourage of our kids. I always introduce them to anyone working with me, it’s the kind of thing that I love but Lindsey just rolls her eyes at.

After such a visit, I returned to stocking the yogurt with a young team member curious about having met Anna for the first time. This young worker has the aim of becoming a nurse and is a nominal Christian. So, I told her Anna’s birth story. I know many special need’s parents grieve and hate recounting the trauma of such events. However, it’s by God’s grace and work in me that I never hesitate to give God glory for the Rescuer He was for Anna. It’s not a stroll down memory lane, it’s a stroll down miracle way. As I was retelling Anna’s birth to my coworker, I recalled so many miracles and mercies. What meets the eye is a disabled girl, but therein lies God's faithfulness to thousands of answered prayer over almost 5 years of asking.

I find it interesting that Israel was often told to remember what God had done for them. Today I find myself in a time of spiritual dryness, left hungry to hear God’s faithfulness to the saints, it’s so encouraging (good for me that the Bible is full of these stories too). I love sharing the stories of His glories in my life. Perhaps it’s a bridge into this modern-day society that idolizes experiences. In my walk with Jesus I know  testimony sharing an important spiritual practice to cultivate.

The Spirit reminds me that Satan, the accuser, is overcome in the believer by the “blood of the Lamb and the words of their testimony.” (Revelation 12:11) Therefore allow me to tell of the hospital Anna was born at that didn’t have a NICU, but how God provided a visiting Neonatologist on that snowy morning who just happened to be visiting another child in the nursery when Anna needed to be born. The best of the best scrubbed in, bagged, and intubated Anna. Or How Anna wasn’t responding to the various blood pressure medications during the first two days of her life and she had reached the ceiling of medications that could be given. She needed to respond… we surrendered her to the Lord, and within 12 hours her little body responded. Let’s not forget the miraculous brain surgery at 6 weeks to place the shunt. We grieved needing to make such a decision and prayed for Anna’s ventricles to activate. I didn’t want it for my daughter, then like a peace that passes all understanding, God helped me see the shunt as a lifegiving provision and Jesus even gave us His peace and fellow saints to pray with us during the surgery.

To God be the glory, through this big tear-soaked storm I never lost my praise of Him and the joy of being a first-time parent was my countenance at her bedside. Allow me to get back to prayer requests for Anna.

Please pray for:
-         Us to be able to see the rehab doctor (physiatrist) and the dentist soon. We are behind on our appointments to get Anna in and the scheduling window is in March. Perhaps a cancellation would help us move up.
-         Anna’s left ball-and-socket hip joint is showing indication of progressing towards dislocation. Her legs ease into misalignment when left alone. High tone in her leg muscles combined with not being weight bearing seem to exacerbate the issue. Can we praise God for our located, well placed hip joints and ask Him to redirect Anna’s femur ball into her hip socket?
-         Anna’s wrists and hands to heal. We don’t have enough tricks up our sleeves to deny her the self-soothing hand chewing (she does day and night). Grandma Has sewn many wrist protectors but still many sores and skin tears from biting. May the Lord cause us to engage her hands and arms to relearn intelligent productive motion so that the habit of hand chewing would cease in Jesus name.
-         Vision to see the world around her, to track objects instantaneously and to coordinate her touch to what she sees. We still believe that restored vision would give way to milestones in her physical therapy and occupational therapy. Jesus is so good at giving sight, lets ask for an encore!
-         Another night nurse to help us during this upcoming season with our soon-to-be-born 3rd. We thank God for the nurses we have but we still need 3-4 nights covered.

Thank you for joining us in prayer for Anna,

The Currats

A Brother's Heart

Beloved Prayer Warriors,

Simon doesn’t expect Anna to speak, but he will certainly step in and speak for her letting me know what her favorite song is or what toy suits her best while in her stander. He is like his namesake Simon the Cyrene, helping because of his providence. Everything from AFO’s (ankle braces) to diapers Simon will fetch to help us care for Anna. One of his favorite things to do is to power up Anna’s C-PAP machine at night. It’s funny because Simon always wants to try Anna’s medical equipment on for size, but he can’t tolerate for more than a second the C-PAP mask or the shaky vest that Anna uses every morning. Simon is always He cries when we turn on the suction machine because Simon knows Anna doesn’t like it. How he perceives her and model’s empathy for her trials has been a neat discovery. Praise God for His little heart showing mercy and consideration.

He initiates activities so often with Anna. He will swing her around on the living room “dance floor” and push her in her chair all the way to the store. Simon tirelessly tries to find where Anna is ticklish, its pretty cute. He’s even offered his teddy bear for her use a couple of times. I have been treasuring up in my heart much about Simon as we get ready to welcome our third baby.

It’s also no surprise that there are many times when little brother is inconsiderate to Anna, making her cry, but that is expected. He can get Anna crying by his shouts or flippant cries. Another irritant to Anna (and me) is that Simon loves cranking up the tunes. He’s indifferent to Anna’s increasing sound-startles, the kid just wants to rock out.

I think the biggest challenge I think Simon will face (provided our third child is neurotypical) is them engaging him. Anna cannot go up to Simon and pull his hair or ask him to share his candies with her. Anna also lets Simon get away with doing something his mom or dad forbid him to do.  So much of Simon and Anna’s interaction and engaging is up to Simon to initiate. I wonder how he will react when a sibling refuses to rock out like he does and is willing to stop at nothing to get him to turn it off? Or when the sibling will come up to him more than he would wish in a day just to plead for his attention?

As we introduce and model prayer for Simon, we see what weighs on his heart. He almost always wants to thank God for the beach, then requests of God to help his friends, heal his sister, or help other people we know. Night after night Simon wants us to pray for Anna. We are so encouraged by this. This sibling request humbles me similarly as when I come across one of Anna’s prayer warriors who simply encourages me by saying: “we pray for Anna everyday.” It is such an example of abiding in prayer. In truth I could learn from such list-based praying. I persevere my prayers to be intimate and heart-revealing before the Lord, limited only by what is pressing or imaginable then and there. “no eye has seen, no ear has not heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him.” -That’s my prayer aim. Yet what is often needed is persistence before the Lord. Simon’s repetition and those prayer warriors who persist daily quickly show God that Anna needs His intervention because nothing else will do. I am overjoyed at this prayer spectrum, “teach us to pray Lord, burden us from Your Spirit to ours.”

Please Pray for:
-Simon to continue to consider his sister more and have a heart that is others-centered, Christ-centered.
-the Spirit to prepare our hearts, and equip us with grace and joy for baby #3.
-continued health from all viruses and acute illnesses.
-full healing for Anna gifting her with the ability to eat, talk, see and walk.
-our family to pause at the year’s end to recall God’s faithfulness and work in our lives, what a testimony should we remember to recognize it.
-God to meet our durable equipment needs as Anna has outgrown her stander.
-us to be able to bank our third child’s cord and placental blood for Anna.
-God’s timing and provision for a new home that meets our practical needs and can gift us a yard to play in. We remain so thankful for where we are as well.

May we ever praise our everlasting, great incarnate God who gave of Himself that we would not be despairing, lost, and unable to hope. Glory to God lavishes His love and teaches us through toddlers.

Merry Christmas!

Unrecognizable: Healing from Bipolar 1

Often mental illness is seen as a common denominator to bitter acts of mass murder. Mental illness for me didn’t degenerate into long term insanity, violence, or make me join an extremist cult/religion; it led to Truth. I never planned on being a Christian, so this story includes much of my searching for spiritual truths in metaphysical, mystical places. Life in my twenties included a dark journey through mental illness as I acted upon runaway emotions. Leading up to that time I had no treatment for mental conditions, this coarse and sour ordeal was so unexpected.
The Bible claims to be God’s very words, an unchanging absolute Truth upon which all purposes of creation itself is explained to the extent that God permits. I’ll admit it’s not very popular believing that the Bible is absolute Truth; However, a claim like that needs to be studied, explored, and tested prior to rejecting it by anyone on a quest for their own truth. God has never asked our intellects to take a back seat while faith drives, instead He invites us to be teachable, investigative, and full of faith. Upon believing in the Gospel of Jesus Christ I found God’s grace, forgiveness, redemption, transformation, adoption, and a plan for my life.
Therefore, I will be describing my spiritual journey from a biblical view because I have read it, tested it, and found the Bible to be Truth. It is a book that accounts for unseen things, spiritual and supernatural things depicting them as a battlefield for the souls of mankind. I know firsthand that the mind is a battleground where spiritual forces contend. Interestingly, the Bible contains many accounts of demon possessed people. Our time and place is certainly not any more holy than Bible times, so why have descriptors such as demon-influenced vanished from our society? Where have all the demoniacs gone? When did we eradicate demonic influence?
At 24 years of age I was diagnosed Schizoaffective (Schizophrenia and bipolar interacting together). Today my Bipolar 1 diagnosis remains however the schizophrenia diagnosis was withdrawn because it was confined to the psychotic episodes only. All Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the mind thought to be caused by both nature and nurture. I have a history of mental illness in my family, perhaps suggesting an origin.
Disillusionment, Footholds, and Strongholds
My first psychotic crisis (or episode) came about through my thought life without the influence of drugs or alcohol; I mentally created a fake reality and stepped into that world passionately -like I had a discovered what was really going on in this world around me- when really, I was losing footing on reality. During this loss of control, my mind was working frantically to keep on justifying the events as they unfolded: it all made sense to me. But I was not in my control of my thoughts, and things were just going way too fast. I couldn’t sleep or “turn the switch off.” I left reality for the directives of my mind. I accepted a bombardment of conspiracy theories, and ultimately, I knew it was all worth it because I was going be elevated as god or, more accurately, the last reincarnation of the Buddha.
After three weeks of being in a locked mental ward, the heavy antipsychotic meds and mood stabilizers started to kill off my imagination and emotions. But I still had a persistent presence within me keeping the many theories alive. For many days I was not in control of my words or actions.
My brother Olivier felt that there was a spiritual side to my psychotic episode, not just a nervous breakdown or an episode of intense mania. He prayed much and acted upon the some biblical directives. He, his wife and some others came to the hospital to pray over me, read the Scriptures to me, asked me to repeat some verses and left a Bible with me.
In light of the Bible, I have found that there are two spiritual factors that contributed to my psychotic episode aside from the mania. As a free-willed person I invited demonic influence into my life by choosing to sin. I loved doing sins and giving into temptations, it was my ticket to self-discovery. Bit by bit, as years went by, tendencies gave way to more indulgence; I mocked God and created my own satirical religion. The destroyer at work in the spirit world Satan, took note of me and the ethical ground I had surrendered to sinful deeds: I became an opportunity. Ephesians 4:27 says “and don’t give the Devil a foothold.” Some translations say “give no opportunity to the Devil”. These footholds are outside elements I chose to invite into my life, and because of their qualities/consequences I gave Satan an increased opportunity to mess with me. My media choices, likeminded friends always repeating the same folly together, and over indulging my senses were footholds that gave great permission to demonic exploitation. Footholds often lead to strongholds, the second key factor that invited demonic influence into my life.
Strongholds devastate because they reside in the inner person. What are the inner lies that I believed? What fermented into bitterness and caused me to surrender ground over demons unknowingly? For example, from a very early age, I chose to be bitter about my father dying in an avalanche. That fueled me to blame God for years, and to hate the life He gave me. Another stronghold I had involved the concept of being an artist, a writer. I wrote narratives that always contained themes of being alone, antagonized, rebellious, and prideful. Much art stems from those themes. On some level I was just working at my craft, being transparent in my writings. But for me those themes took my spirit-life with them. This misuse of my imagination became an all-access pass for Satan to claim more ground and solidify his lies in my heart. My psychotic episodes seeded and sprouted from the soil (or ground) I surrendered in pursuit for my own artistic truth. I was deceived (as the Bible puts it) on a heart level.
Jesus said of Satan: “He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” (Jn 8:44) Like angels, Satan and his demon can take up residence in people for varying amounts of time.  Mark 5:2 refers to this as “having an unclean spirit”.
My first psychotic crisis cost me my job, my roommates, my girlfriend. I moved back in with my mom and a year later experienced renewed psychotic episodes while on anti-psychotics. This time strongholds of hopelessness, meaninglessness, numbness, and alcoholism defined the next two years. I found my way to the mental hospital two other times with further delusions of complex religious grandeur elevating me. Somewhere between the objective reality of this world and the subjective reality in my mind existed an onslaught of emotional waves lapping at my perceived reality straining to grasp actuality and exchanging it for something suitable with me in the center.
The most effective part of pharmaceutical intervention in my demonic possessions was that the medicine pacified my emotions. The thoughts are still there but the emotional passivity lets the thinking go by without action. The spirit world still provoked the emotions to feel, but the medicine helped me become despondent to provocations. I consider it a mercy that I always took my medicine during these years and never felt like I didn’t need it. I believe emotions are patterns that ferment behaviors into addictions and emotions when given permission to lead a person can mislead greatly.

Unrecognizable
Real, lasting change—eternal change—came on November 10, 2006. Amid the fullness of this dark depression and hopelessness, my car was stolen. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. This event made me cry out in prayer, asking for the free gift of salvation only Jesus Christ gives. To be clear, I cried out not the Jesus I made up in my head in the mental hospital, but the historical resurrected Jesus Christ of the Bible. I believed that Jesus Christ suffered for the things I had done. He was nailed to the cross, died to take my sins away so that the God’s wrath would pass over me. Jesus’ resurrection pleased God and authenticated His sacrifice by fulfilling the righteous requirements God demands.
This bold certainty of forgiveness means that I am going to be with God for eternity, starting on that day. Jesus gave me a perfect, loving, heavenly Father; I am an orphan no longer. Added to all that is the Biblical certainty that God indwells me through His Holy Spirit taking up residence in me -no longer can just any spirit indwell me because God put a “No Vacancy” sign on my heart. I have the Holy Spirit now. God has a plan for my life; I don’t have to force myself into being an American success story for the sake of my own pride or comfort. God has my best life underway.
I put my entire broken life on the table before God. I became willing to quit whatever He asked no matter, because He was going to do the quitting through me. By His grace, God was living through me as he enabled me to follow and trust Him at His Word. I prayed for a steady conversion, because I didn’t want to return to those dark days of psychotic episodes. I found that placing my faith and love in Jesus ahead of doing things “my way” honored by God. I could tell, because He lifted my worries and showed me a Truth I could stand on. I started to trust the Bible, and soon found it to be more reliable in good decision-making than even my best intentions. I asked the Spirit of God to apply biblical truth to my life, especially when it meant uprooting those strongholds!
I am still visited with seasons of mania, but the footholds/strongholds are not as numerous, and each manic thought is met by the Holy. My composure and countenance is different. I praise God for taking my psychotic episodes away. The sleepless conspiring and delusions of grandeur are out of me. I am a vapor, a blade of grass, always in need of humility. Time with God in His Word, in thanksgiving, and in prayer. God’s Sprit even tells me to calm down at times. I’m not in control, God is. I’m not out of control either, thanks to Jesus the Rock.
In the early days of my new life as a Christ follower, my habit of self-medicating with alcohol still held sway. That stronghold was a tight clamp that I didn’t want to get rid of. I thought it was stronger than me. So night after night I would show up in the liquor store and view the selections. No longer was I shopping alone; every time I would have God’s Spirit nudging me with the thought that in Jesus, I was a new creation, and that the old self was gone. In times of temptation, He constantly reminded me that I could talk to God about the temptation rather than just give in to sin.
Healing from Bipolar 1
I take responsibility for my past insanity and fully accept that demons exploited the mental territory I opened to them. The spirit world fought many battles in my brain, it’s a rich mercy to state that Jesus won and established me in my right mind once again.
My pastor in Chicago put me in touch with a young Psychiatrist who was a professing believer in Jesus. He was cautious to affirm my understandings but admitted that there was a spiritual component to some cases of mental illness. I saw him for years for medication management. He rarely charged me for a session and we always prayed together before our meetings. God used this man to speak into my disease, to help me understand that my mental illness was not purely spiritual either.
In addition to the meds, he gave me tools to fight my chemical-manic imbalance. He told me that the effects of Bipolar are magnified when certain choices are made: not taking medication, sleeping less than 8 hours a day, using addictive substances. He suggested that if I could keep those three things under control, the mania would recur less, and it would be easier to deal with.
Next, the doctor and I identified triggers—or “red flags”—of my persona when in a period of mania. He also identified people close to me that needed to monitor my bipolar, people who could recognize those times when I was acting out. These carefully considered tools represented a far deeper investment in me than any of the past psych docs had provided. I was grateful for such grace. God used my time with my psychiatrist to equip me for the road ahead.
As God regenerated me, I wanted believe that Jesus had more freedom, that He had healing for me, a miraculous renewal. I talked with my psychiatrist about how God could heal me altogether from Bipolar and finally stop taking Lithium. His response was straight forward as he opened up the Bible. We talked about how Jesus many times just spoke “be healed” and people were healed supernaturally on the spot (Matthew 8). The doctor did not dismiss my faith, but he was clear to offer me other Bible passages too like when God did use things to heal. I was forced to think of my Lithium as that bronze snake God told Moses to make so that those who looked to it were healed from the plague (Numbers 21). We also studied King Hezekiah’s illness that was going to kill him; after appealing to God, the Lord didn’t just heal the king, but rather instructed him to use a poultice of pressed figs on his wound (2 Kings 20). This insight from the Scriptures gradually, gently changed my mind about healing from Bipolar as I accepted that I could be on Lithium for the rest of my life. By the Spirit’s encouraging, I have been loyal in taking my meds, sleeping 8 hours, staying away from addictive substances, noticing red flags, and allowing my wife to monitor my mood.
4 years ago, I returned to Colorado. My new medication manager was shocked that I had been stable for close to ten years. What surprised her even more was that the level of Lithium in my blood was not enough to make the drug effective for Bipolar treatment given my weight. I had been taking an ineffective amount of lithium for an uncertain amount of time. She gave me the choice of increasing the dose or weening off the drug completely and be closely monitored while doing so. It is to the glory of God that I tell you: it has been a year and half since I last took Lithium. I want to testify that it is Christ in me that has brought such grace, regeneration to those afflictions once so completely consuming.
I’m still a sinner, but now with a Savior. I have found that God’s faithfulness in upholding His Word has transformed my past spiritual strongholds of lies, replacing them with pillars of Truth. As the book of Colossians says, “He (God) has rescued us (believers in Jesus) from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son He loves.  We have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, in Him.”(Col 1:13-14)
